Please review this page carefully to prepare for a productive planning session.
During your Virtual Needs Assessment, Kristina Harris and/or Matina Kazameas will:
Virtually walkthrough and assess your space & storage areas using Zoom
Identify the organizing challenges you face, what’s working, and what’s not
Explore why you want to be better organized
List and prioritize your goals
Record video and/or take pictures for planning purposes
Provide a fresh perspective and professional, innovative solutions to your organizing challenges
To maximize the time spent together and to prepare for the session, please:
Ensure you have a charged phone, tablet, or laptop device with Zoom downloaded and/or functional
Have a measuring tape handy
Plan to be free of interruptions: phone, email, text, and visitors
Have something to eat before the meeting
Arrange for childcare if you have small children
Have your calendar available to schedule future organizing sessions
Do not organize beforehand. We would like to see how you function in your home/space on a day-to-day basis so we can best serve you.
After your Needs Assessment, we will:
Provide a custom proposal with estimates for your project sessions and materials your project will require
Create a custom plan for your overall organizing project(s) & determine a timeline
Schedule the sessions you purchase
Share any relevant referrals
