Pantry Transformation with Designed by Dixon
We are still day-dreaming about the amazing pantry transformation we did for Anna Louise Carter from Design by Dixon! We're sharing some of our favorite highlights here, but make sure you check out her blog post as well!
We honestly could not wait to tackle this project! Anna Louise and her husband Chris have a super cool vintage pantry with unique semi-curved lazy-susans that add so much character and organizing potential. She had already done a great job of setting up categories in their pantry, but there was so much unutilized space! Matina completed the Needs Assessment and Planning Session and got to work looking for the best solutions to optimize storage.
Although it was challenging to find containers that would make the best use of their space, we came prepared with six different options that could work! After playing with the orientations, we all fell in love with the modular functionality and cohesive look of the clear bins in various sizes. We finished off the install with black label tape with white font for easy-to-read labels and an aesthetically pleasing design.
It was so much fun working with Anna Louise to transform her pantry cabinet into a functional, beautiful, and organized space! She was so thrilled with the results that she asked if we could reorganize and elevate the look of her utility cabinet too!
The star of the show were these awesome extra long clear sweater bins from The Home Edit line at Walmart that we used to create a snack system. They fit perfectly in their cabinet and created drawers for easily accessible snacks.
